At MX, we believe in the power of financial data to unlock new insights and drive better money experiences for companies and consumers.
We believe consumers own their financial data and have a choice in how they share it. We respect and safeguard that choice in our approach to security and compliance.

We know that your consumers trust you with their personal financial data. In turn, we know that you trust us with that data and your business. We earn and maintain your trust by protecting, safeguarding, and securing your consumers’ data with a comprehensive suite of security, confidentiality, and privacy policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
MX will never use, sell, or share personal data for any reason outside of its intended purpose or without the express consent from consumers on how it will be used.
MX maintains real-time monitoring 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for 365 days per year. As part of our monitoring, we incorporate built-in alerts to ensure any issues are quickly identified and managed.
MX uses several layers of cryptographically-strong encryption mechanisms to ensure data is protected, both at rest and in transit. Encryption ensures that if an attacker gets access to your data, the attacker cannot read the data without also having access to the encryption keys.
MX uses industry-accepted standards, protocols, and precautions to guide us in protecting the personal data that we store, transmit, or otherwise process against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. This includes keeping all data stored in U.S. data centers.
MX can help bolster fraud prevention efforts for financial institutions and fintechs with cleansed and enhanced transaction data. While mitigating fraud falls to the financial providers, we’re proud to be able to help those we work with to more quickly and accurately recognize potential fraud cases with our industry-leading data engine.
