When to Contact Our Security Team

You should contact the AOL Security Team if:

• You believe you have discovered a vulnerability in our products or services.
• You have found sensitive AOL data outside of our systems (i.e. Pastebin).

How We Respond

The AOL Security Team is a carefully selected group of AOL employees with extensive information security experience. No external or third parties have access to submitted information.

Email sent to secvuln [at] teamaol.com is reviewed by a member of our team. A response will be only provided for security matters related to AOL (and AOL Brands) products or services.

Any information you share with us about security issues that are not public knowledge is kept confidential within AOL and will not be shared with any third-parties without your permission.

How to Contact Us Securely

The AOL Security Team uses a GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG or GPG) key to secure communications. Mail sent to secvuln [at] teamaol.com can and should be encrypted with this public key. This key is rotated periodically. The most current key will always be posted on this page.
